Our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo (Unit 203) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's historic tourist district. The condo is just 2 blocks from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries on Main Avenue

The condo is fully furnished and the kichen is fully stocked along with the usual amenities in a vacation rental such as fast WIFI, Washer/Dryer, assigned parking space etc.

Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (2nd Floor)
2nd Bedroom - Queen (2nd Floor)
Main Living Space - Quen Pull Out Sofa(Main Floor)

The two story condo is on the 2nd floor, so stairs are required from the the street entrance and the condo and both bedrooms are on the second floor of the condo.

This home is not pet friendly! Please do not bring pets or emotional service animals.

What a perfect location to experience the food and shopping in Durango without the need for a car. The condo is clean and warmly decorated with provisions in the bathrooms and even a great view, shown here after an earlyMorning storm passed. Walk to the train station or drive on the Million Dollar Highway for some incredible and unforgettable views. We were able to find a couple of hikes although our preferred was closed due to shutdown. We will come back for the train and plan in advance for great seats! We will also return to Mesa Verde to see the cliff dwellings we missed. It was a perfect spot for us!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This is a great 2 bedroom unit. The location is great, 2 blocks off Main. Walking distance to anything near downtown. Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds in the 2 upstairs bedrooms. had a great weekend stay with friends. I would stay again. We had one small issue with gaining entrance to the building but that was quickly resolved with a call to the property management company who were very helpful.
