Montenegro should be on top of your list
The stay was wonderful. The hotel is a dream. Our driver Nikola picked up our bags and picked us up from another hotel to drop us off at Podgorica for our flight at 10 pm at night. Full door to door service with amazing discussions on the way to learn about the history of Montenegro. Incredible place, incredible people.

Excellent place, true 5 star. Gorgeous settings, good and genuinely friendly staff. Only one suggestion: bring out larger cups of coffee for breakfast, especially for the Americans.

Disappointing
Very disappointing experience from a well known 5 star hotel like you guys. I’ve been to nikki beach Dubai many time and this branch is a joke compared to that. First day we arrived we were told the spa, pool and sauna wasn’t available and it was only 6:30 pm. The bathroom door lock of our room was broken. On our second day my wife and I really wanted a couples massage as we were celebrating our anniversary and the therapist told us she’s the only one working and the other girls are on vacation…that is a pathetic excuse. The jacuzzi was closed and not working. During the breakfast the staff kept on forgetting the breakfast orders and kept messing them up by giving wrong orders to wrong tables. The night staff serving shisha and food were decent and Luca from the team was excellent. Not worth £350 a night max should be for £100 for the service they provide. I’ve been to many well known 5 stars and this was the most underwhelming and disappointing experience..I stayed from 8/9/22 to 11/9/22 at room 107. we had a fantastic time , the staff were all very friendly and seemed to genuinely care that you were enjoying the holiday. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Only issue for us was regarding access from reception to pool side, this was down several flights of steep steps, being with a baby we were forced to walk down a steep cobbled road used by service vehicles, which was not lit at night

Beautiful rooms. Lovely helpful staff. Beautiful views... location a bit isolated we needed to get taxis to nearby towns... lots of steps so maybe not suitable for children or elderly...the hotel needs to decide if it is a 5 Star or a Beach Club.

Nos tocó una súper habitación de 90 mts espectacular con muchas comodidades y nuevo. Lo mejor de la estadía! Todo el personal muy amable y atento. Muchas escaleras y no hay ascensor para bajar a la zona de piscina y mar . Es un hotel para personas jóvenes y fiesta. Había baja ocupación y el servicio del spa estaba solo, sin alguien que guiara o atendiera! Es un excelente hotel pero en verano para las fiestas. La zona de piscina con sus balinesas( camas) espectacular . En esta época es mejor que lo cierren

Überbewertet
Total überbewertet, arrogant und überteuert. Kein Vergleich mit anderen Nikki Beach Locations. Man spürt permanent, dass sie nur möglichst viel Geld verdienen möchten. Null herzlich oder freundlich, zudem schreckliche Lage, weit weg von allem und super lange Wartezeiten für Taxis, welche im Übrigen auch nur abzocken, weil man vom Nikki Beach kommt. Das Personal ist bis auf wenige Ausnahmen total arrogant, überheblich und demotiviert. Das Essen ist bestenfalls mittelmässig, die Preise dafür exorbitant. Man fühlt sich gar nicht willkommen und überall kommt 10% Servicecharge hinzu für 0% Service. Und wehe es regnet einmal, keine Bar oder Restaurant mit Innenbereich, nicht mal richtig frühstücken kann man und das Spa ist total mickrig. Also ist man gezwungen im Zimmer zu bleiben… Wenn man das Hotel unbedingt sehen möchte reicht ein Restaurantbesuch absolut aus. Besser noch auf Bildern anschauen. Spart viel Zeit, Geld und Nerven ;)

В целом отель понравился: приветливый персонал (многие говорят по-русски), супербыстрый вай-фай (ловит даже за территорией отеля), чистота и комфорт в номере, современные интерьеры, шикарная постель, брендовая косметика в сан. узле, красивые виды на море и горы, красивые открытые бассейны с видом на море, крутое SPA - тренажерный зал, бассейн, джакузи, сауна, хамам, ушат (все бесплатно, включено в стоимость проживания). Очень понравились завтраки - шведский стол. Как оказалось, еще и горячие завтраки готовят по запросу. Они тоже входят в стоимость для проживающих. Бесплатно дают воду: ежедневно пополняют мини бар, на пляже, в тренажерном зале есть куллер. Интересная и разнообразная развлекательная программа: вечером играют джаз, была кубинская вечеринка, шоу по разделке 40-ка килограммового тунца. Есть трансфер на лодке на другой берег в Порто Монтенегро, стоимость 20 евро с человека в одну сторону. Можно заказать такси для самостоятельного путешествия - 20 евро в одну сторону. В прокат можно взять катер, лодку, каяку, серфинг. Ресторан не очень понравился. Цены не соответствуют уровню кухни. Фаст-фуд в основном более доступен: суши, паста, пицца, салаты. Блюда посерьезнее очень дорогие - рыба, мидии, креветки, осьминоги, кальмары, хотя на рынке они копейки стоят. Надо отдать должное персоналу: негативные впечатления от блюд старались сгладить комплиментами от шеф-повара (десертами).

Attendre l'ouverture de la piscine couverte
Très bon accueil dans un hôtel de luxe. La cuisine des 2 restaurants (italien et asiatique) est exceptionnelle à découvrir sans modération. Les chambres sont toutes différentes, plutôt prendre en étage car le voilage absent ne permet pas de s'isoler des gens qui passent devant les chambres au RDC. L'hôtel vient juste d'ouvrir et la piscine couverte n'est pas construite.... ni le spa.... vraiment un problème pour un hôtel de luxe !
