Two-storey house with 4 bedrooms and a private beach located in the Tivat Bay in the village of Bogisici for rent.
The villa has a private area with a fenced yard, a garden, and a park. Popular tourist cities are within 15-20 minutes drive: Kotor, Budva, Tivat, and the famous Porto Montenegro Yacht Club.
Convenience store within 50m and HDL supermarket within 4 km, 7km to Tivat Airport, 23km to Budva, 58km to Dubrovnik Airport.
Ground floor:A kitchen with a living room, a large bedroom with its own bathroom, a terrace with panoramic views of the Boka-Kotorska Bay, and access to a private beach below.
First floor:3 bedrooms. The first bedroom overlooking the bay and has a transformer double bed that converts into two single beds, a balcony, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a view of the sea and mountains with a single bed. The third bedroom with a mountain view has a single bed. Also, there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub on the floor.
