"Nice old converted house. Good neighbourhood. Check in staff not available when I arrived despite being at a time they were meant to be there. Found a security guard who suggested I call the duty manager who was not on site - security guard let me in to room. Left after a few days while only ever having seen the security guard and occasionally someone on reception, who was not particularly helpful."

The hotel surrounding, the dirty corridors, the struggle to get towels, the electricity going off bcos of malfunctioning plugs, the noise when we were sleeping at night, the cockroaches in the room, the airconditioning system that's not working properly, the list is endless. We really had a terrible stay I won't recommend it to anyone until they get the act together. "
