"Stay was good. Shower 🚿 head needs some attention. Leaking. Mattress needs to be changed slowly caving in in the centre. Sleeper couch mattress is horrendous. Sleeper couch was grubby. Needs a good clean. Overall the place was spotlessly clean. Came across 1 cockroach. Pool was good.
Cleaning staff and security are very pleasant. Front desk not sufficiently manned. "

"Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked our unit on departure...I left behind a few pieces of jewelry and she was honest enough to hand it over to me. Scenery excellent. "
"Staff were very friendly. I arrived early off a safari truck and within a short time I had a room which was upgraded to an ocean view. No problem providing breakfast boxes both days I did long tours."
