"The staff was great and they worked well with me who did not speak the local language. The hotel was in a superb location and our room had a wonderful view from the 3rd floor. Two items that made my stay less comfortable was the top floor walk-up due to the lack of an elevator, and no air conditioning."

"The room was clean and the staff were polite. The door lock kept alarming when we walked out of the room so the staff said slam the door…then it alarmed when opening the door. The WiFi isn’t great. You need a reservation to eat, which we didn’t know. We couldn’t eat at the property and there is nothing that is a reasonable walk. The property was pretty and quiet."

"Nicely situated hotel in Liege with convenient (cheap) car park across the street; friendly and very helpful staff at reception/concierge desk. Rooms are clear, with good amenities and a spacious bathroom. We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant where the food was very good. The cook-to-order egg station and wide choice at breakfast for a reasonable price were a plus. We will undoubtedly use the hotel again next time we visit Liege"

"We checked in after hours, system did not have us, had to call and get help. Lady was helpful and spoke good English. Made the process difficult and frustrating after a long day. Room was large, clean and well equipped. Must do your own dishes/ cups or pay extra. No parking."

Told it was to then find out the restrict your ability to use it. Room would not go below 18 and it was warm, stuffy and sticky in there so not an enjoyable stay. Staff assistance was requested with no solution or override of system provided. Not impressed and would not stay again in warm weather."
