The property itself was acceptable, but the overall experience was disappointing due to lack of transparency and missing basic amenities.
At the time of booking via Expedia, the tourist tax shown was lower than what was later charged, and additional energy costs were deducted from the deposit. These charges were only referenced in a separate rental agreement and were not clearly reflected in the Expedia listing or total price at booking.
In addition, no basic consumables were provided during the stay—no toilet paper, soap, or cleaning products—and bed linen was also not included. This was not clearly communicated in the listing and came as an unpleasant surprise.
Another inconvenience was that the keys had to be picked up and returned at a different location around 7–8 km away from the property, which was not clearly highlighted in advance.
Overall, the property may be suitable if you are fully aware of all extra costs and logistics beforehand, but the lack of clarity and missing essentials made the experience less comfortable than expected.
