Located in a quiet residential area near Durbuy, this modern 6-bedroom villa offers a luxurious stay for up to 14 guests. With a private indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spacious garden, it’s perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and relaxation in the Ardennes.

The villa features a bright living and dining area with a cozy sofa and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for 14. The well-made beds, towels, and shower gel provide a hotel-like welcome. Step outside to enjoy the large terrace with barbecue and panoramic views of the surrounding greenery.

The forest is within walking distance, and the village of Septon with shops and a supermarket is just 3 km away. Explore Durbuy, Durbuy Adventure Park, and the Barvaux golf course, all nearby. Note: A €25 fee applies for check-ins after 6 PM. Pets: 2 allowed for a small fee.

we hebben een kleine discussie gehad met de eigenaar omdat onze hond van het terrein af was gegaan naar de buren en de buren begonnen te schreeuwen dat de honden aan de lijn moesten en zo terwijl als ze rustig doen de honden ook rustig zijn. tevens hebben de kinderen na 22:00 uur gezwommen en plezier gemaakt ( geluiden) maar ook dat mag niet . ik denk dat we hierdoor onze borg niet terug gekregen hebben die zou de eigenaar na 14 dagen terug over maken maar helaas niks retour gezien. hem nog een keer geappt maar ook geen rectie. ook gebeld met bell villa maar ook daarvan geen reactie nooit meer boeken

Wir haben fantastisch, wie in einem Traum, diese schöne angenehme Villa genossen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf einem Hügel gebaut, so dass wir vom Wohnzimmer, der Terrasse und dem Swimmingpool einen Blick auf die grünen Wiesen und den Ardennenwald hatten.Die große geräumige Lounge, mit Sitzgelegenheiten für alle, war super gemütlich. † † bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Das gemeinsame Essen auf der großen Terrasse, mit Panoramablick, ordentliche Gartenmöbel, mit viel Platz für alle, war wunderbar! Das WLAN funktionierte gut und es gab Proximus-TV. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche gibt es reichlich Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen. Und es gibt enorm viel Stauraum, um die Speisen und Getränke zu verstauen.Die weichen Betten und die guten Matratzen wurden auch in den gepflegten Schlafzimmern sehr geschätzt.Waschmaschine und sogar ein zweiter Trockner waren praktisch nach dem Kajakfahren auf der Ourthe und Schwimmen sehr oft in unserem privaten Schwimmbad. Wollen Sie den schönen, gut beheizten Pool und die schwedische Sauna, wurde sehr genossen, von früh morgens bis abends.

Wat een prachtige plek! De inrichting was charmant en gaf de villa een gezellige sfeer. We hebben overdag heerlijk bij het zwembad gelegen en 's avonds in de sauna. De supermarkt in de buurt was ook handig. Perfect voor een grote groep of familiebijeenkomst. We komen zeker terug!

Die Ankunft verlief sehr gut. Richtige und pünktliche Tour durch eine freundliche Dame. Die Unterkunft war ausgezeichnet für unser Familientreffen. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr genossen. Wir konnten die Corona-Maßnahmen einhalten, es gab viel Platz. Die Gegend hat auch unsere Erwartungen erfüllt: ein ruhiges Dorf mit wunderschönen Landschaften, ideal zum Spazierengehen und Laufen.

Over het algemeen was de villa ruim en goed uitgerust, De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden om maaltijden te koken, en de woonkamer was comfortabel om te ontspannen na een dag verkennen, Het was fijn om dicht bij het bos te zijn voor ochtendwandelingen, Het enige nadeel was dat de inchecktijd een beetje laat voor ons aanvoelde, maar eenmaal gevestigd was het een geweldig verblijf
