"I booked this hotel for my parents since it was not too far from where they were going to celebrate their anniversary as well as a family member's birthday. This was my first time booking with this establishment and the experience with them was a bit disappointing. The location was across a railroad track and unfortunately there was a homeless population there. You also have to pay a security deposit; which I was not aware of if you book with them through a third party. Since I did not know, I didn't know to tell my parents and that was a bit of surprise for us both since I had already paid for the room. I also extended their stay by a day and I had to pay another deposit again since I booked through a third party. They don't except certain debit cards ( examples: venmo, netspend, etc.) So I would suggest if you want to book with them call to make sure they except your card. The room was okay and was clean. The bed was soft, the bathroom had double doors ( which was...different), my parents said the breakfast was good and they did have some hot food. The front desk assistant Niki was very nice and did do what she could to assist us. The price was very reasonable but overall my experience was a bit frustrating and I will probably not book with them in the future."
