"Lovely home and in walking distance to NCCU. Neighbors are students so it gets pretty loud and busy, but not so bad that I wouldn't request this home again. NCCU band practice is loud but comes with the area you are in. I enjoyed it because I am a product of an HBCU, but may bother others. All in all I love the home and enjoyed my stay for the week I was there."

"Andrea’s place was the perfect location to explore Durham. The apartment was just as the pictures depicted and spotless.. Andrea provided great communication. I had a late flight and her team very thoughtfully left a light on . Within walking distance to 9th street restaurants and shops, Wholefoods, Duke’s east campus, Trinity Park etc. About a 40 min walk to downtown. Felt very at home, would stay again."
