The room was large and as we have large bags this room was fantastic. The bathroom is well laid out and the shower did not leak or flood (a bonus in Europe). The exercise room was spotless and had well looked after equipment but sadly the pool became unavailable a day before we arrived. The staff were excellent, very courteous and friendly. Would absolutely return here.

The hotel is lovely. The room we had is spacious, well laid out. The bathroom and shower amazing. The bed extremely comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were curious, kind and very helpful. Block restaurant next door is a highly recommend. Transportation, trams, railway an easy walk away. Would recommend and return here.

Very friendly and helpful staff Manisha provided exceptional service and support, she’s very attentive and absolutely great at what she does. The location is great just 3 min from HB station. Super clean, specious and sound proof rooms with comfortable bed and qualify linen. Bathroom, shower and kitchenette also super clean and well equipped. I had a wonderful stay for 9 days and happy to come back at anytime.

This Apartment Hotel is super handy for exploring Dusseldorf and surrounding cities as it's next to the main train station, plus there are trams and buses. The property itself is modern and the studio apartments have everything you need, whether staying for a few nights or longer. Check in and out was quick and easy. One thing to bear in mind is that the room is cleaned every 3 days, not every day like a standard hotel.

The front desk staff were fantastic and very friendly. They spoke great English and were able to provide a lot of information. Gave us great recommendations and tended the bar very well. Maintenance man addressed our need for getting a washing machine working which meant putting us in another room right next door. I would recommend the Adina Dusseldorf to anyone travelling there. We visited from Colorado USA and loved this city.

When I stayed at Adina last week, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but from the minute I stepped through those doors, I knew it was going to be a good trip. The location is perfect, being so close to Dusseldorf Hbf, and despite the constant presence of trains you wouldn’t know it, as there was barely any noise for the entire stay. The staff were friendly and helpful (and chatty too, which is always a bonus!), and the room itself, in my case a studio apartment, was everything I could’ve hoped for. It was clean, it was well laid out, and the bed was comfy! Hurray! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I’ll definitely be back next year! Huge thank you to all the staff. :)
