Perfect for my needs

Perfect for my needs attending a show at the Duesseldorf Messe. Clean, friendly, helpful staff, close to train station, and plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance.

Freundlicher Empfang bei sehr zentraler Lage. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung eher aus den 70ern, vor allem das Bad. Die Ablaufrinne auf dem Balkon ist voll mit Zigarettenstummeln. Es war nicht geheizt (im November). Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung.

Sehr zentral gelegen, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, müßte mal renoviert werden. Bäder etwas stark abgenutzt. Alles sauber Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön sauber. Der Balkon jedoch eher verlottert. Der Balkontür fehlte von aussen ein Griff oder ähnliches zum öffnen und schließen. Beim Frühstück habe ich Brot und Körnerbrötchen, sowie Quark sehr vermisst.

Good for trade show

This is a basic hotel that was fine for me to attend the trade show. The location is close to the Neuss Hbf train station. The room is pretty small but adequate. The breakfast was sparse but not bad. There is not a restaurant but the steakhouse acriss the street is very good. THE staff is friendly and helpful.

Zou het niet doen.

Viel ronduit tegen. Had volgens mij een dakterras geboekt, maar dat kon alleen bij 1 pers. kamer, hadden wel een balkon, maar daar stonden geen stoelen of tafeltje, de ene stoel uit de kamer maar neer gezet en de ander op een omgekeerde prullenbak gezeten. Kregen we nog gedonder mee ook, want het meubilair mocht niet naar buiten! Mos groeide op het beton en in de tussenschermen tussen de balkons zat geen glas. Klein wastafeltje, waardeloze douche. Afijn hadden 2 dg. geboekt werd er 1.

Zentral gelegen

Good basic hotel; centrally located near train station. Friendly service, good breakfast. Hotel lobby/reception area closes at 9:30pm, elevator shuts down at that time also, unfortunately.

Hotel pas à la hauteur.

Hotel en plein cœur du centre ville mais qui ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles. Pas de wifi dans ma chambre située au 1er étage, j'etais obligé de descendre au niveau de la réception afin de pouvoir me connecter. Un mur de la salle de bain était endommagé (gros trou). Pas de réception des chaines de télévision. Eviter de prendre une place de parking sous l'hotel , le garage est exigu donc difficile a manoeuvrer a l 'intérieur. Le petit dejeuner est de tout ce qu'il y a de basic ! Le réceptionniste parle très mal anglais, difficile de se faire comprendre et d'expliquer les nombreuses remarques que j'avais a lui remonter.

Schlechtestes Hotel seit langem.

Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten und bezahlten Kategorie (keine Terrasse). WLAN sehr langsam, praktisch unbrauchbar, später ganz weg. Bad sehr dunkel, nur zwei Funzeln. Duschtür nur mit Gewalt zu öffnen und zu schließen, geht auch nicht weit auf (man mußte sich durchquetschen). Lautes Poltern mit Erschütterungen im Haus die halbe Nacht.
