An excellent place to stay

This is an excellent place to stay. Very modern and clean, peaceful, friendly staff, good room, nice restaurant and a proper gym. I mean really a proper gym, not some BS fitness room. I highly recommend Essensio, in fact I asked if there were others.

We had booked this hotel for two nights. we called before our arrival and said we would get there around 8.30pm and we were told it was ok. When we arrived at 8.20pm nobody was there to guid us to our room. We went to the gym which was closing and a guy said I can come and help you. He gave us the key to our room and disappeared. We had requested a roller bed for our daughter and instead we found something like a kid crib in our room. So we couldn't sleep comfortably in that room and there was nobody at the hotel to seek help from. We finally called the man who had told us would meet us at the hotel, and enquired about the roller bed situation. He was extremely rude and said if you don't like it you can leave. I said OK, we can leave tomorrow and you need to refund us the 2nd night. He was just very angry and hung up on me. We left the next morning and no matter how much we tried to get the refund they refused. So it was a horrible stay for us and the hotel was in the middle of nowhere. We don't recommend this hotel at all and I don't think you can call this place a hotel. It's mostly like a gym for the people in the neighborhood. Terrible experience and a waste of money.

Uitstekend, maar aan de duurdere kant.

Hotel is nog maar 3 weken open, dus alles nieuw. Mooi concept. Zeer rustige ligging, grote parking. Mooie kamer en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Eigen restaurant : het aanbod is een beetje ver gezocht. Mag, maar vergeet ook de klassieke gerechten niet. Eerder duur . Minpunt : er moet een opleg betaald worden voor de wellness en de fitness : voor een 4* past dit niet.
