The hotel was conveniently close to the Mitsubishi Electric Halle, via public transport, for a concert we attended - a perfect place to stay for a fun weekend. A great hotel with a lovely breakfast and friendly staff.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk people were very helpful and the hotel was very clean. The room was well sized. It is outside the city center near the university but easy access to the tourist area.

Very noisy. Around midnight, a group of people were loudly chatting right under my window, making it difficult to sleep. Then, at about 6am, people started moving chairs and setting up tables, which woke me up again.

The garden-view room was comfortable, but lacks air-conditioning. We had 28 C days and 22 C nights, so tolerable, but just note this. They said they are only cleaning every 2 days due to Covid. I left a "please clean" sign on the door on the 2nd day, but it was ignored. The breakfast was fairly basic, lacked fresh fruit

Lage zur Uniklinik ist super. Alles andere nicht. Parkplätze sind nicht ausgeschildert und tatsächlich nur 2 (!) für das gesamte Hotel vorhanden. Treppenhaus & Flur war weder gesaugt noch staub gewischt. Mein Zimmer war ähnlich... Flusen und Staubmuzeln überall (hängen von der Decke in den Ecken - hängen also schon eine Weile...), Abfluss vom Waschbecken war kaputt, Duschschlauch ebenfalls. Betten als auch Handtücher waren hingegen frisch bezogen und (vermeintlich) sauber.

Keine Klimaanlage bei 4 ☆, kein Kühlschrank oder Bar im Zimmer. Getränke in der Hotelbar waren nicht gekühlt bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur , das Angebot an Getränken war sehr überschaubar und dem Personal nicht bekannt. Die für den nächsten Tag zugesagte Reparatur des Kleiderschrankes, der sich einseitig nicht öffnen ließ, fand nicht statt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüfett war für den Preis überschaubar. Am Sonntag war es katastrophal : Brötchen, Brot, Käse und Aufschnitt usw - alles war vergriffen und wurde kaum aufgefüllt. Fruchtjoghurt gab es diesen Morgen gar nicht. Es lag am mangelnden Personal. Eine !! MItarbeiterin - die sich sehr bemühte - war für Rezeption und Frühstück gleichzeitig allein zuständig ( Bedienung, Geschirr abräumen und waschen, Tische neu eindecken, Speisen und Getränke neu auffüllen, Kaffee kochen, Sonderwünsche erfüllen z.B. Rührei zubereiten....) und das bei einen ausgebuchten Hotel ! Das Positive war ein modernes Badezimmer und eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Fazit: von den 4 ☆ sind wohl 2☆ untergehend.😒
