"What a lovely place to stay! Conveniently located and loved the walk down to the beach -only 2min and we managed 2 swims there during our short stay. 10min walk in the other direction to the marina & Nelson Bay shops & cafes. We stayed 3nights in the lower garden apartment and appreciated the little touches the owners had taken -leaving extra towels, biscuits & milk. This was our 6th stay at Port Stephens and one of the most enjoyable. We would have given this review 5 stars but on our last night, other guests occupied the apartment above and was certainly no longer as peaceful as the 1st two nights -could hear them moving around & opening & shutting doors & their air-con unit was quite noisy switching on & off every 15min."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the perfect setting for a girls trip away with 3 seperate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a deck perfectly suited to having a glass of wine and cheeseboard with perfect views. Super quiet street with easy access to the beach and also to Nelson Bay."

"This was a beautiful house, clean, comfortable beds, great open plan kitchen dining and lounge for our group of 10.Also the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need.Lovely outdoor area as well.We really did love this house .Only issue we had was that there were no tea towels when we arrived and no showers gel in 2 showers.Also one bathroom missing bath mat and hand towel.I contacted the managers of house and they did deliver the tea towels, but not shower gel in containers fixed on shower tiles.So take your own soap and shower gel in case it is empty again.We just thought for the price you pay these small details do make a difference .Also not all windows have fly screens.Overall really loved the house and the position within walking distance to Dutchie’s beach"
