"Parking was good"

"We did not enjoy our staf here. The young guy working on the front desk was rude abd not accommodating. We are senior citizens. We didnt know there is no elevator in the hotel. The guy on the desk said we would gave to pay an extra $10.00 per night for a room on the main floor. We're on a fixed budget. The same guy couldnt even get me a few extra hangers i requested and said they had none! The hotel was almost empty so he could have gotten a few hangers from another room. On another occasion my husband went eownstairs to the main lobby to watch a hockey game and the same guy refused to turn off the light which was glaring on the tv. Tte room"

"Breakfast was hot and fresh and had lots of options! Rooms were spacious. Good stay. "

"We really liked the pool/slide / atrium area. Feels like you’re on a mini vacation. The rooms are a little run down but clean. Would definitely stay here again"

"I was surprised, in a good way, by how much we received in our room for the size. A go to place while in London now."

"Very kind employees at check in and check out. The motel is dated and has lots of room for updating. Duct tape on things in the elevator, rooms need to the painted and the carpets were stained BUT the bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. No coffee maker in the room unfortunately but they did have complimentary coffee in the lobby. Would stay again as the price was good for a night."
