Spacious 4-bedroom house in lovely Duxbury with AC 4 miles to Duxbury beach
- Currently doing month to month as I am not allowed to do less than 31 days so priced nightly rate accordingly.
Please reach out for anything after 10/31 as I maybe blocked for family visiting.
Experience Duxbury like a local in this marvelous 4-bedroom house 4 miles to the beach. With an outdoor shower and three bathrooms, guests enjoy plenty of space and comfort. The bedrooms feature two with queen beds, one full bed with twin trundle, and a twin bed also with a two. trundle, perfect for families travelling or visiting nurses and Drs.
A living room with TV on each floor and two bedrooms with televisions to keep the kids or guests entertained.
A soothing atmosphere on an acre of land with a screened in porch and private back yard with outdoor shower, chaise lounge chairs and a trampoline to keep kids busy.
Sunny neighborhood with 2 miles of hiking trails welcomes you after a day of exploring, while heating and AC keep the temperature just right.
