"Hotel's address in Hotels.com is WRONG!!! NO A/C in the rooms!!! We found woman's hair on the linens. The guy at the reception is nice but solves none of your problems so don't expect too much. Restaurant is expensive and staff is rude. Breakfast is very good and food at restaurant as well only thanks to the very nice guy in the kitchen and his wife we presume (only bright aspect of the hotel)."

Even though we ate vegetarian, we ate like Kings as beautiful, nutritious, and delicious meals were prepared for us. We really enjoyed being disconnected from social media here. "Hotel was in a great location. Short walk into town to go to restaurants/ bars in Zabljak. 30 minute drive to or hike in dormitor national park. Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Alexander. Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious."

"An unbelievable stay with picturesque views and natural beauty. We could hardly believe our eyes that we were staying in the middle of somewhere so stunning! All the amenities you could need in the cabin, very clean and check in was easy and stress free. Great communication from host too. "This is an excellent hotel with a wonderful spa setup and restaurant. Breakfast presented many options for travelers familiar with European and American morning buffets. We had two dinners at the restaurant as well that were top notch. The pool, hot tub, and steam room were soothing after a day of hiking. Great value for the amenities."
