Nice older home located 3 short miles to the iconic Field of Dreams movie site. Come see what small town life is like in beautiful Dyersville, IA. A 2 min drive or less than 1 mile walk to several shops, restaurants, bars, a brewery, the beautiful St Francis Xavier Basilica and the Baseball Hall of Dreams. 400 feet to the scenic 26-mile Heritage Trail for walking, jogging, or biking and a 2 minute walk to the Dyersville Aquatic Center. One mile to the National Farm Toy Museum. It’s not quite Heaven, but it’s close.

Charming, spacious home

We enjoyed our stay as a family. The home is spacious, and the accommodations were clean, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with baseball memorabilia. Everything was smooth and as advertised!

Great All Around Experience

Came for an event at the Field of Dreams. The house was a fantastic addition to add to the experience. It is also walkable to the nice downtown area.

Great old house in a good location

We had a great stay at this house. It has a great historic vibe but is in good shape and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was super easy. It is near train tracks and a somewhat busy street, which wasn't a huge deal for us but could be worth keeping in mind for light sleepers.

Krazy Kern boys weekend

It was great. Dad and 3 adult sons to visit Dad's home state, family, and to revisit places where many memories were made. A fun few days for everyone.

Family Visit

Very well cleaned and maintained. We loved the porch, the backyard and the park across the street for the kids. The house was also very kid friendly which made things so nice and relaxing. I highly recommend!

Wonderful large older house with plenty of room for a family to stay. Two nice large living rooms for spreading out. Just a note, the train nearby is very loud at night. Also, family member left a pair of earrings there, is there any chance you have seen them? Thanks very much for letting us stay in your home!

Field of dreams baseball tournament stay

We stayed at this home for our sons field of dreams baseball tournament. This home is wonderful! I have to compliment on the architecture/woodwork it is absolutely amazing! The owners were very nice and easy to work with. They kept in contact and answered every question promptly. They provided a lot of essentials as well. We were conveniently very close every field that we played at. Not to mention that this house is literally right across the street from one of the fields! We definitely recommend this house!!

Great home!

Our stay was amazing! The location is great! 5 minutes from the Field of Dreams, close to a park and in a quiet neighborhood. Felt right at home, even though we were in town for a tournament. The host was easy to reach and very friendly. We loved it! Will definitely stay here again next year if it’s available!

Spacious house that meets all the needs!

Our overnight stay was perfect! There was plenty of room to crash, and a great space for our group to play games and cards. The owner was very accommodating and had great communication. We loved the baseball theme throughout the house, as well!

Homey place and communicative host

Was a great experience staying here. Jim was very reliable in responding to communication and set up the home in a great way for my group playing a baseball tournament at Field of Dreams. Shower and toilets drained a bit slowly towards the end of stay but was minor issue - likely result of a few of us using shower consecutively after our games. Heat worked great, host left case of water for us, coffee available in kitchen, laundry worked great, checkin and checkout seamless. Across the street from beautiful town park. Great stay overall
