The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please use only clear bags. For an additional fee of $50, housekeeping will dispose of the garbage for you--max of 5 clear bags, and must be stored properly in the shed garbage bin.
Place used towels in bathroom hampers.
Place furniture and household items how you found it. Please report any damage! A thorough house inspection is conducted after each guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

This property is on a septic system, please only flush toilet paper and human waste, nothing else.
Never leave fire-pit unattended. Please extinguish using water or snow. Please be aware of any fire bans posted locally during your stay!
