This new, exclusive apartment complex is located on a charming peninsula surrounded by the waters of Wrzosowska Bay, right next to a sandy beach. The sea is just 450 meters away, and the resort center with all its attractions is just a few steps away.

This comfortable 2-room apartment is located on the third floor (elevator available). It comprises a living room (double sofa bed, dining table, TV), a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom for 4 (two double beds), and a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is also included. There is a balcony with garden furniture and deck chairs (with a beautiful view of the lake). Air conditioning with cooling and heating functions is provided. Wireless internet is available.

The resort complex includes secure parking (one space included in the price) and an attractive playground.

The owner of the apartments also owns a second holiday resort in Dziwnów (700 meters away) and makes its facilities available to guests of the apartments. You can rent bikes here, order delicious breakfasts and lunches, and during the summer holidays, participate in an attractive entertainment program for children and adults.

The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, air conditioning, parking (1 space), internet, and final cleaning. A cot and highchair are available upon request.

Dziwnów has a clean, sandy, guarded beach, separated from the town by a ridge of dunes. In summer, children can enjoy the water slide and inflatable bouncy castles. A fantastic attraction is the promenade and the drawbridge over the Dziwna River. At the local port, you can buy fish straight from the cutter. There are also vendors selling smoked fish and other fish products. Regular cruises depart from the marina during the summer season on the Baltic Sea, the Szczecin Lagoon, and to Kamień Pomorski.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only dogs up to 5 kg allowed.
