Property location was great. Biggest problem we had was the poor air conditioning. Room was very warm. Cleaning staff left the window open all day after they cleaned, they did not help with this problem.

There wasn't a coffee pot. I couldn't empty the mini fridge from all the to-pay-for canned drinks without paying $40 to empty it, so therefore I wasn't able to use the fridge at all for my own groceries... would have been nice to know that in advance. There were no prices on any of the items inside the fridge. Room service breakfast for 2 with coffee was $94. I couldn't go to BOTH swimming pools without paying an extra $25 per person per day for one of the pools. We felt nickeled and dimed the entire time. The round animal print rug adjacent to check-in was very dirty on and around it. The hotel says "free parking" but yet there's a $50 resort fee per day. The restaurants had terrible open times. I didn't see a coffee shop. Honestly, I wanted a resort off the strip, but it was so far away from everything that every uber ride cost $10+ and it was not convenient. The towels are scratchy (but very large).The pillows were too full, need an assortment, including flatter pillows. The pictures on the internet didn't quite match the hotel itself.
