"When we arrived I really did not know what to expect. I was very please. Very clean, nice staff, breakfast was hot and the kids loved the automatic pancake maker... I had never seen one before. The room was very clean. The air conditioner worked just fine. Well worth a stay.. "

"The only complaint we have is the weeds around the property. In our walk from the Motel to the restaurant next door we encountered substantial sandburs which we then tracked back to our room. "

"The property was amazing! Very comfortable accommodating everything you needed. The biggest surprise is how wonderful the grounds were. There was a Koi fish pond, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and hammock didn't get to enjoy it as much as I'd like to but I will add an extra day next time to do that A very wonderful Host, Kimberlie was amazing, very responsive, great instructions Anytime I need to go to Las Animas again, I hope this property is available because that's where I'm staying"
