"This stay was exceptional. From the welcoming staff to the clean and comfortable rooms- just an A+. We traveled from Az. - MI and back and this was by far the nicest property we stayed at. We had our 2 fur babies and it sat next to a nice large park. With green grass - and the property also had a nice grassy area for them to do their business. We highly recommend it!"

"This was the best cabin ever, we stayed here from aug 15th to aug 20th 2026, the host was fast to respond to any of our questions and was very informative of everything we needed to know about their cabin, the cabin and property is beautiful well maintained, has everything you need, all we had to do was to bring all our groceries, and personal belongings, We would stay here again,"

"We really enjoyed our stay. We liked that there were hooks on the wall in bedrooms to hang jacks, tote bags etc. on. The kitchen was very well stocked and the cabin was very clean. Our host, Sandy, was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying at this cabin."

"This place was great plenty of room for all 10 of us to sleep, eat and even multiple vehicles to park. Great location to get to Springerville, Big Lake, Greer, and Alpine. A group of us even made a little excursion to the Casino in Pinetop and some music at the Lions Den. Great home base."

"A master class in short term rentals. Best we’ve ever experienced!The communication from the hosts was extraordinary, starting with the impeccable detail in the directions to the rental. It would have been more difficult to find the place without those detailed directions, but with them, it was a breeze.The western motif, fun knickknacks, and homey touches inside and out made for a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hosts thought of everything to make a person feel welcomed … even perfectly placed night lights.The beautiful horses on the property can’t help but make you smile, and the hosts kindly checked in on us from time to time to make sure we were doing OK.Add in a super comfy reclining couch (great for napping), yummy snacks, and farm-fresh eggs in the fridge, this bunkhouse is a must stay if you’re going to the Eager area to explore all the beauty it has to offer."
