"Staff were incredible from start to finish. From the friendly way they answered the phone when I called to ask about an early check-in (which they kindly accommodated) to the moment we checked out, the service was outstanding. They gave us great food and restaurant recommendations and even surprised us with a bottle of wine to help celebrate our anniversary. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location—an easy walk to downtown. There’s also a wonderful coffee shop and restaurant right in the hotel, which made the stay even better. A hotel can be beautiful, but it’s the staff that truly make or break the experience—and this team absolutely made it. We will definitely be staying again! "

"The room was beautiful, the pool was fantastic and my kids loved the water feature. Do wish there was a hot tub. Staff was very accommodating and kind, the continental breakfast was nice and they had little toys for any kids that came down which was lovely. The only complaint I had the bedding on the pullout couch was sopping wet from laundry services"

"This hotel is consistently good. The mattresses are awesome and the noise level is low. Amazing breakfast buffet and they are the epitome of dog friendly. They are right next to the green belt, which is wonderful if you come with your dog. Very close to several amazing wineries in GC."
