The house was immaculately clean, comfortable, plenty of room. Phillip was very prompt in answering all my questions. Having a garage was wonderful because it was upper 90s the days we were there. The nightlight upstairs was appreciated, and the ceiling fan in the bedroom with the queen bed. There are lots of blankets and pillow choices in the bedrooms. The furniture is comfortable and if it had been cold, there are comfy throws. The "kids" bedroom had a rocking chair and beanbag as well as toys and games. The bathrooms have extra supplies if you forget something, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.In the kitchen there are lots of appliances and pans and utensils for cooking. There is also plastic dinnerware for kids or to take outside to eat on the patio. The bbq grill is brand new! Had it been cooler we would have loved sitting around the firepit. We appreciated the cold bottled water and snacks! The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful with good sidewalks. You could walk to downtown Eagle and The Village at Meridian is within a 20 minute drive. The Welcome Book for the house offers good suggestions for eating out. We will stay again when we come back to the area!
