"Alyssa was amazing. She was so helpful and the young lady who was on after 3 o’clock was wonderfully amazing as well. Everybody was so very kind there and pointing me all in the right direction that I needed to be in helping me for my short stay it was a great experience. Breakfast was wonderful however, there were no gluten-free options for me and that seems to be normal no matter where I go overall I give my experience there a 9.5 out 10 GREAT JOB EVERYONE "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The Valet can take a while to get in and out because the driveway is tight and demand for the service is high. The valet staff did the best they could and were polite. Plan on extra time getting in and out of the hotel with the valet service. It does cost around $50 for overnight but parking costs a pretty penny everywhere in this city. We were able to walk to breakfast nearby each morning. The beds in our room were pretty sunk in the middle which made sharing a bed a little difficult. Noise comes right in from the hall, but not so much through the walls. We recommend this hotel and will stay with OMNI in the future."
