"The rooms are a bit dated and look like they could use some minor repairs (ie: caulking in the bathroom). The a/c required nudging to get it to stay cool. The door in my room didn't close well and I had to slam it to get it to shut all the way. The staff was very nice and the location was perfect. Appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport."

"Old Orchard Beach Inn is a cool place to stay. The history and antique style of the property is charming. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and surrounding shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was that we could hear everyone in the rooms around and above us. We concluded it was due to the age of the building and the wood floors."
