"From the moment we arrived, we felt well-served. The front desk quickly got us checked in and offered suggestions for dinner. (The hotel is located near some wonderful restaurants.) The lobby is beautifully designed. Our room always was visually appealing and comfortable. Comfy bed and linens. Spacious room and bathroom. Highly recommend!!"

"The rooms facing inside are ok. But, you can’t tell if it’s night or day. They charged me for early check in but, took it off later. I had to ask for my VIP perks. The hotel was nice."

"Everything was great except for one thing. Literally no water! I couldn’t even take a shower and was happy the toilet bowl was still functioning. This is very disappointing because everything else was perfect, and it should have been 5 stars."

"Pro’s- weekend staff were very nice. Breakfast area is big, new and clean- high quality breakfast. Pool area is big. Rooms are nice. Con’s- the American Flag flown at this hotel is an ATROCIOUS disrespect for the American veteran- I have never seen a flag is such a poor shape flown in our nation… our base would get bombed everyday in Iraq and we would still make sure the flag was cared for… the disgusting condition shows a MAJOR problem with leadership and there is no way a Manager that cares so little for our nation’s colors cares about the guest… I saw the offensive flag display before I even walked in the door…. Failing leaders that care so little do not produce a quality product and will never meet guest expectations. The remodeling going on I can live with, but POOR leadership will make me take my business to another hotel franchise in our next trip to the cities… HOT TUB had no jets and was cold on Saturday at 5:30pm and the staff sitting in the pool area didn’t know to check that someone had pushed in the emergency stop button… even when I explained how I got the jets back on she didn’t know what I was talking about- she clearly had not been trained- she wasn’t trained because of poor leadership at this hotel that doesn’t care about our colors. How long was that button pressed to make the whole hot tub cold? Does the front desk not get alerted when the button is pressed? Good location & facility, Super nice staff w/ Poor leadership, and hideous flag etiquette."
