"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nicely set up, with plenty of light and comfortable seating for reading, knitting or doing a jigsaw puzzle. I am claustrophobic and very much appreciated having a sliding door to the outside and a wonderful long distance view. The breakfast had a lot of good options. The eco-friendly part was interesting. The top of the trash barrel had a hole for "Trash" and one for "Recycling", but there was no divider in the actual barrel, so everything went into the same bag."

"Older building but quality amenities. For example, the ice bucket was not a cheap throw away, but actually insulated so ice did not melt. Very quiet. We enjoyed our stay with wine water side."

"We had a delightful stay at Smuggler's Cove Inn. The family owners are lovely, friendly and very hardworking. Despite the first impression from the road, the buildings are very well maintained and beautifully situated to make the most of the property and view. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast is a feast! Dinner choices are varied with a bit of extra spice in some dishes...the gumbo was a treat! We wish the owners many more years of much success."
