Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! Perched right at the mouth of the Damariscotta River, this beautiful home offers breathtaking, panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean—visible from nearly every window. On clear days, you can even spot Monhegan Island in the distance!

The home features a reverse floor plan to maximize the scenery: all three bedrooms are located on the lower level, while the bright and airy open-concept living, kitchen, and dining areas occupy the upper floor. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy gas fireplace, large windows framing the water views, and a convenient half bath. Step out onto the partially covered deck to watch lobster boats hauling traps or sailboats drifting by.
