Lovely property, so well-maintained
We usually stay right in Boothbay Harbor but this time we opted to venture out and try something different. We’re glad we did as Le Petit Port was a nice surprise. Sharon and Denny have decorated as their own and it was such a cute place to be. We appreciated the book of things to do and places to dine and took advantage of those, enjoying Carriage House, Ocean Point and Robinson’s Wharf. Everything in the condo was exceptionally clean and supplies were available that we needed. Parking was perfect and the sunsets were grand. Thank you, Sharon and Denny, for a lovely stay.

Le Petit Port and its owners, Sharon & Denny, were magnifique! The unit was very well appointed, and everything that I could have needed was there. The unit was very clean, and the location was picturesque and quiet. The owners were right next door and were very attentive to any needs. My sister and her husband were a couple of units over, so it was a great way to be near family. I highly recommend Le Petit Port...thank you so much, Sharon & Denny!

Great Place to Stay
Clean, well equipped and beautiful view of water with pier/dock access. Unit is very nice, fairly convenient to Boothbay while on quiet peninsula. Enjoyed stay immensely.

Beautiful location! Perfect place to get away from busy life but close enough to many leisure activities. We went to the Botanical Gardens, went on an oyster farm tour, took as sunset windjammer cruise and had delicious food all close by.

Nice, quiet place, steps from the ocean. Away from the busy harbor but only a 10 min.ride. Dining recommendations were excellent. Enjoyed the Carriage House and East Boothbay General store.

Amazing Experience
The area is so beautiful, and the people are so friendly. We explored while we were there, we also were lucky enough to get to meet Sharin and Denny, Whom are amazing people. They made us feel so welcomed. we were there for the 4th of july and the water spot they had was a perfect location. I cant say enough great things about this place and the people! 10 out of 10!!!

Wonderful long weekend
This property is exactly as advertised. Neat, clean and well stocked. Great location. Nice sitting area on the deck. Everyone was friendly. Grounds were well maintained. The whole place appears to be very well cared for.

Amazing Stay
We truly enjoyed our stay! The room is very clean, peaceful, and nicely decorated. The ground is beautiful, facing the bay and has the best sunset at the dock. The hosts Sharon and Denny are a very sweet couple. They provided everything we needed and made our trip really pleasant and truly made us feel at home. We could not have asked for a better experience and plan to come back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Port. The unit was very nice, perfect size for a couple and very clean!! The location was beautiful, we were able to kayak right from there in Linekin Bay and see a beautiful sunset.

Great anniversary trip!
Sharon and Dennis were excellent! So friendly and thoughtful. They left champagne in the fridge and a card as they knew we were celebrating our anniversary. The room was beautiful and cozy and very clean. Gorgeous view of the bay. And great location for activities close by. Highly recommended. My first time nit booking a hotel and this property was so much better than any hotel.

Rejuvenate at Le Petit Port
A quaint, quiet, relaxing condo situated on Lineken Bay, Maine. Hosts were courteous and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the area and points of interest. The condo is tastefully decorated, but we found the mattress to be quite soft, but comfortable. We will rent this unit again on our next visit to Maine. Thank you Denny and Sharon for an enjoyable stay.

I would live in this condo if I could. Location is perfect. Condo is not lacking anything, from the most comfortable bed to the fully equipped coffee bar; all this and the water view, incredible sunsets. Second visit, hope to return soon.

A dreamy little spot!

Arriving at LaPetit Port was a breathtaking surprise. The property is groomed with flowers and lush lawn., the port is beautiful and the VRBO regulars are very helpful and so friendly. The VRBO was very clean, supplied beyond expected and all the extras are very appreciated. LePetit Port is a must for people seeking comfort, views, relaxation and quaint days at Boothbay enjoying the harbor, day cruises, and shopping! Thanks Denny & Sharon

We traveled to Maine for our 50th Anniversary and were not disappointed by our accommodations. The condo was very clean and well decorated, the bed was great and the view is beyond spectacular. Communication with Sharon was easy. This is definitely a repeat when we return to Maine.

I would not hesitate to stay at this property again! I'll start at the beginning. Sharon and Denny were very responsive to all my questions as a first time visitor to Maine. Parking and check in process could not have been easier. The unit was very clean and spacious enough for the two of us. (it could also accomodate a small child) The unit was also well stocked with everything that you would need. There was even a binder with unit and area information which was thoughtful and helpful. The area was very quiet and the people that lived in the units were very friendly! Strongly recommend sitting on the dock for sunset! We were there for four nights. It was a short drive outside of Bar Harbor, which we liked as we weren't interested in being in the center of it all. However, Bar Harbor was certainly easy to access. Thanks for the hospitality Sharon and Denny! We would not hesitate to rent again!

This is an amazing well-appointed and situated vacation operated by a cheerful and caring couple (We called the hostess "The Martha Stewart of Maine for her tasteful furnishings) who went out of their way to make our stay exceedingly comfortable. We highly recommend staying in the condo for a memorable Maine experience.

Spectacular Harborview’s and quiet relaxation
Sharon and Denny provide a beautiful room with nice views of the harbor. The room was Very tastefully designed and the outdoor patio allowed for a quiet relaxing view of the harbor after a day of sightseeing around the mid Coast area. Highly recommend this place for a quiet relaxing getaway with lots to do and endless views of the ocean.

We loved staying at Waters Edge Condos Close to everything we enjoy in the Boothbay area but E Boothbay is more laid back and peaceful and quiet The grounds are kept so very nice everything is clean including their free laundry room The Condo was very nice, exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and was roomy even though it was a studio outside seating was comfortable and inviting Parking was convenient Would definitely refer to friends and would stay again if we get back to area

A Wonderful Experience!
This was my first time using Vrbo for a vacation rental. Sharon and Denny have set the bar high! Their attention to detail and concern for a positive guest experience is outstanding! There was a complimentary bottle of wine, the unit was clean and very comfortable (towels, linens, bed) along with a well stocked kitchenette and all the amenities you need. The hosts were super easy to communicate with, and offered to be available if need be. The property is awesome...located on the water, quiet and peaceful. There is plenty to do in and around the Boothbay region (there is information on hand in the unit to help). It is great to come back after a day of exploring, and relax looking at the boats ( the occasional lobster hauling boat) in the bay, or reading while enjoying a cocktail from the Adirondack chairs, or have a picnic/dinner on their dock. I look forward to a return visit.
