"Room was very clean. Hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was OK Staff is very nice & friendly. Only problem we had was being told by front desk that the pool was open for swimming. It was but the heat in the pool area and in the pool itself were not working. Our 2 year old had a meltdown. Had we been told there was no heat at the pool that could have been avoided "

"We arrived on Friday and we didn’t get our room cleaned until Monday morning after telling the front desk numerous times. As soon as you walk in the building, it smells like smoke. Oh and this isn’t a hotel, it’s a motel. False advertising! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"

"I use to love coming here,but the rooms l have been getting,l dont like,overlooking the garbage and parking garage. Also much more noise in this part of hotel.The shower door was on with handle inside the shower,have to grab glass,dangerous. Room 339 should fix that.lf l stay over again,l would book the shower seat room,much nicer view and overall room location."
