"Cape Girardeau is about the halfway point for us (Wisconsin) and friends from Mississippi. This VRBO is ideally located within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Property is very clean, has the basics and communication with the owner was super easy. The saloon-style doors for the downstairs bathroom were a little unexpected, but we made it work. We enjoyed our stay and would recommended this property for a long weekend."

"Host had the cabin very clean. New leather couch & recliner. Mattress was extremely comfortable. Washer & Dryer were excellent. Another Rental house near, long-term renters were very quiet. Internet not very good in the Illinois woods. Closed cabin has a musty smell from humidity in the woods. Host had an automatic air freshener going to help with air quality."

"We were traveling in for our daughter’s college graduation and found this rental to be ideal! The host has the home decorated nicely to make you feel at home. The home is supplied with anything and everything you would need for your stay. Having the fenced in backyard was perfect for our pup to run and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. Thank you!"

Owner provided coffee and some sodas which is always nice. Nice back yard. House was at the end of a dead end road so no through traffic."

"Very nice accommodation, ample for 4 adults. We cooked two meals, watched the NCAA final men's game between UConn & Purdue, and sat in the back lawn in our lawn chairs to watch the eclipse. Beautiful established neighborhood with dogwoods in full bloom. A really nice stay!"
