Mystery charges were also charged to my card after checking out with staff unable to give a reason why - am now waiting for the staff to call me back with answers."

"Only one chair with a large table in a family room. Would be good to have at least 2 chairs. Bathroom was great, room very clean and good amount of space. Reception staff could do with some further train. Pre-check in is a waste of time. "
