PARKING
• One designated parking space is included with the condo.
GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Nearby grocery options such as Foster’s Express and Chisholm's Grocery are about 10 minutes away by car. Larger supermarkets are also convenient stops on the drive from the airport.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.
Chisholm’s Market is on the Northside, and is open 7 days a week, and is well stocked with food, supplies, beer, wine & liquor. 10 minutes from the condo.
TRANSPORTATION
• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
• Due to limited public transportation in Cayman Kai, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

The property was perfect for our stay. It was clean and as the pictures showed. Thank you for your quick responses on questions we had prior to arrival - we would definitely stay again!
We really liked the accommodations!! We liked the upgraded kitchen and bathroom! We enjoyed sitting on the deck eating breakfast and drinking our coffee! And, we liked the island decor throughout the condo!
We just had an amazing week at Morritts. We were treated like royalty because we rented from an owner. The condo was perfect for two of us. Exactly as described. Will definitely return!
Wonderful hosts and wonderful location This was the quiet part of the island, which was quite nice. No traffic. No crowds. The resort has everything we needed: pools, restaurant, bar, beach, etc. Suite was recently renovated, spacious, modern and comfortable. Weather was perfect. This was a great experience and we could not be happier with our choice.
The property is beautiful and clean. Restaurant, bar and pools are nice. The staff are excellent. The only complaint I have is when I booked, there was no mention of no elevator in the older buildings My wife and I almost 70 with medical conditions and had to treck 3 fights of stairs. Kind hard carrying things up and down. The staff got us the help needed.
We had a great trip, and our stay at the condo was perfect. Everything was clean and convenient. We loved the pools, hot tub, and the beach. We cooked in the condo and also ate at the resort. The little grocery store is in walking distance, and there are also some great restaurants nearby. We did a Scuba/snorkeling excursion from the resort. Everyone was really nice. We did a few things off the resort too, and we found it really easy to get around. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. We all loved Grand Cayman, and I would definitely stay at this property again!
The location of this resort is superb as it is on the quiet end of the Island and has many restaurants, activities and fun pool bars! The Condo itself is stunning! It is an updated unit with all the comforts of home! Being a corner unit was a bonus as it was extremely private and quiet! I do recommend a rental car as there are many places to visit within a 1/2 hour that are a must see! We visited the beach at Rum Point many times which was lovely and saw Turtles and Stingray from the Rum Point dock! We are already planning another visit!
We loved the resort! The beaches were beautiful and super quiet. Highly recommend booking stingray and bioluminescense tours out of kaibo marina which is 20 min away (we used white sand sports and had a stellar experience.) Ocean frontiers is also right down the road for amazing snorkeling tours. I would always come back to the quiet side of the island. We also found that over the edge cafe was willing to sell us yellowfin tuna that was caught that morning for one of the best home cooked meals I've ever had. The host was amazing and super responsive to everything
We loved the beach and resort activities. Robert in the information office was awesome; he went above and beyond to assist with our stay - he helped us find a rental car (many places were booked) and drove us to the grocery store. While it was not the host’s fault, we hated the feral chickens and cats. The roosters woke us up at 5 am. Nobody at the resort seemed to care. The chickens are drawn to the resort because people are feeding the feral cats on the shuffleboard court. I would travel to a different Carribean island just because of this.
The condo had what we needed and the owner was very responsive to question's. The pullout couch would be best for younger children (at least ones that don’t complain like teens) Morritt had excellent snorkeling right off the dock and we saw tons of marine life. Lunch on Mimi dock, dinners at Tukka, kaibo and the Rum Point Club.
Grand cayman food is $$$$$ lunch for 4=$75-80US dinners were $120-150 so if you are trying to save plan to maximize the kitchen space!
Very nice resort and room. Well equipped for cooking. No need for beach towels as they're supplied by the resort and you can replace them as they dirty. Thanks for the thoughtfulness of suntan lotion to get us started. We arrived on a Sunday and no grocery stores are open. Great bars and restaurants on site and in the area. Rental car is recommended to see the sites but not mandatory if you just want some beach, pool, ocean time. Resort has fun activities nightly.
The only negative was the fold out couch. Very uncomfortable for a single adult to sleep on. Resort staff were able to bring a couple of mattress pads and blankets to make it workable though.
This was a Mom and daughter trip for us. We loved the beautiful modern Condo with tile floors and two televisions. It had a queen bed in the bedroom but also a double sleeper sofa which my 14 year old daughter sleep on in the living room. The kitchen has everything you would have at home. A dishwasher, pots, pans, glasses, cooking utensils, fridge with ice maker, stove, oven, pot holders, towel, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels. It is like your walking into your own home. The view of the Adult Pool is really nice. It is so quiet there you can sleep in no problem. If you have any questions for the owners I texted them and they got back to me each time within a hour. I definitely would recommend this condo to anyone. We absolutely loved our stay!
Very overpriced for an outdated unit. Nearly every unit has been updated except this one, and they marked the unit up drastically compared to other people we met at the property. We paid about 3x what others had paid for the same week we were there. There are ways to find owners who will rent their week without the massive upcharge. I just wish we had known that beforehand. That said, the host was very accommodating and helpful, and we appreciated that.
