Welcome to this quintessential Cape Cod home located on Great Pond. This vacation home is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort making it the perfect home for creating vacation memories.
Upon entering you'll find the open floor plan complete with a comfortable living area, dining area with large table and gourmet kitchen with center island. All overlooking picturesque views of the pond! A first-floor bedroom with queen bed, a full bath and laundry are conveniently located off the kitchen. Step out onto the wrap around covered porch with steps down to the grass area for playing games, grilling and dining alfresco.
On the second floor you will find the primary suite (king bed) full bath with soaking tub, shower and double vanity. A private balcony for sitting back and enjoying the view and boats sailing by. There are two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two twins and a full bath.
Bring your boat or Kayaks - Falmouth landing dock is one street over. Great location to explore Falmouth beaches, Shining Sea Bike path or take the Ferry from Falmouth Harbor to Martha's Vineyard for a day. Take a stroll on Main Street downtown for shopping and dining.
