Stunning 4-bedroom Private Fresh Water Beach Front

  • Sunny, spacious 4-bedroom Cape with your own private fresh water beach. Jenkins Pond is one of the cleanest spring fed ponds on Cape Cod! Enjoy kayaking, swimming and fishing outside your back door. This gem of a house has a front-to-back family room with a 50" TV and puzzle/card table for lots of family fun. The first floor is full of sunshine with kitchen windows and a french door overlooking the pond. The multi level back deck is perfect for grilling or having your morning coffee.

    You get the best of both worlds with ocean salt water beaches a few minutes away and the fresh water pond in your back yard. Take a left and you're in Mashpee Commons, take a right and you're in quaint downtown Falmouth Village. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket is a few minutes down the road. Your vacation can be a relaxing day at your back yard beach, or jam packed with visiting the Mashpee Children's Museum, Wood's Hole Oceanographic Institute or the Falmouth Bike Trail.
