"I am afraid this inn is in very poor condition. The rooms and furnishings were stained and dirty. We actually did not stay there because of the appalling conditions. and ended up driving on to Kalispell as there was nothing else available. For the price that we had to pay in advance, this was unacceptable. When we decided to leave, my wife approached the desk manager who promised that she would arrange a refund of 60% of the charge.
