About this property

Two Houses, Twice the Fun

  • Traveling with a large group or attending an event at Glacier National Park? Rent both the Aspen Art House and the Cedar Cabin so your entire group can stay together. This peaceful area offers ample outdoor space, a large pond with a beautiful mountain view, lots of indoor areas for visiting or entertaining, and enough parking for everyone. Book now as both these houses are available for separate booking and go quickly! The St. Mary Entrance to Glacier National Park is 33 miles or about 50 minutes away driving (the road is a bit windy), and the Two Medicine Entrance is 10 miles or 10-15 minutes away from the property. Reservation ticketed entry is not required before 6am and after 3pm (May 26 through Sept. 10) or with reservations in the Park - check out their website for updated info. The cabin is in a rural area in the woods, and as such there are numerous wild animals that live in the area. This presents amazing photographic opportunities but requires guests to be aware of the space and their surroundings. Please don't leave food or garbage outside to deter weasels, coyotes, foxes, or bears (mostly black bears, we haven't seen grizzlies in the local area for a number of years). Don't approach moose as they are more dangerous than their adorable appearance makes them appear. Finally, we do our very best with mouse mitigation inside the house, but occasionally one will evade our efforts, so if that happens please let us know and we will place additional traps. We use mouse poison in the winter when there are no guests with small children or pets who could be harmed but its use.
