"The continental breakfast was free, there was a nice variety of pastries and fruit. I'm gluten free so i couldn't eat the delicious smelling pastries but there was an option of ordering a simple eggs and bacon breakfast for $8. Room was clean if a little worn. "

"Gym - water fountain was out of order, gym equipment needed some maintenance/upgrading and had an odur to the gym. Buttons on the stove/fridge handles and light switches needed wiping down. "

"Parking is never an issue at this hotel. Rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. Our most recent stay was disappointing as we had no hot water to shower and when we notified the front desk they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience! The gentleman just advised that he would make note of it. Hot water for showering is a necessity for guests. We were extremely disappointed with the way that this was handled. "

"Everhthing was great, everyone was friendly, clean, comfy beds, very good. Even had some products we needed for free at front desk. No complaints."

"The website and descriptions were deceiving. We got The Queen sweet, the pictures made it look much bigger and cleaner. The "free continental breakfast" did not include hot food, it costs extra to include any eggs, bacon or sausage. Room service did not remake the bed, or fill any toiletries or soap dispensers. The jacuzzi was dirty around all the jets and the room smelled as though the carpet had not been cleaned in a long time. Other than that it was a good location for an affordable price, we just wish they would have been more honest about what we were getting."

"Staff was lovely and the space was beautiful. Only thing was there was a rad cover on the 6th floor by the elevator that was off when we checked in and was still off when we left. The bar area and lounge is stunning. "
