"Most confusing hotel I’ve ever been to. Went to main entrance, (no parking outside, so had daughter wait in car while I ran in) Advised that hotel lobby was on the 12th floor but we could go around the back of the building across the street, park the car and get elevator to hotel. Elevator’s were so confusing! Sofa bed was full of crumbs, not sure if sheets were fresh Parked vehicle, headed to hotel lobby, checked in (very friendly) but had to go back to parking garage to move car to another level? Rooms and breakfast were great!"
