Nestled Cozy in the Woods
This Settler's Landing gem is a totally renovated home with a fenced yard, pool (open from Memorial to Labor Day), hot tub (open year round) with spacious patio area, outdoor shower, and nicely landscaped lawn with fire pit seating area. Inside is an airy, double height living room with an open concept. Two bedrooms on ground floor and one bedroom upstairs with a loft alcove nook. Three full bathrooms. Finished lower level space for rainy days. Only .4 of a mile to a lovely bay beach on Three Mile Harbor a 10 minute walk... so tranquil and soothing. This is a very fresh and appealing rental.
During the months of June, July & August enjoy stand up paddle boards and one three seat kayak available for use at the nearby bay. Along with six bicycles to ride the local trails. Plenty of fishing and clamming gear as well. Rental Reg. #16-2082
