Wooded Seasonal Hamptons Retreat
Bright, open yet cozy home on the edge of a wooded Preserve in Springs, East Hampton. Ideal getaway to feel at home in nature but not break the bank. Short walk to farmers market, duck pond, and famous Pollack Art House. Quick bike to many bay beaches. New kitchen, modern feel. Perfect place to shelter in place, yet have complete access to outdoors. Skylights and comfy chairs, beds and couches make coming home or staying home perfect. The porch has full day sun and an unobstructed woods view. Morning walks in the 2.5 acre trails behind the house are amazing. The outdoor shower has rain shower head and is a perfect unwind after a beach day. BBQ on deck in the evenings or choose from the many amazing restaurants open for take out. Every cooking appliance you may need available. Entire house is yours, other than some storage. Books, games, deck chairs, bikes all for your use. Cats ok. Dogs negotiable.
