"First, the front desk had ko idea what Vrbo, was, had no idea of my reservation. I had to wait in the lobby for 10-15 min. while they figured it out. Then they needed to charge my card a 100 deposit for incidentals and for some reason their system wouldnt take my card which they got a weird error message for which i had to wait again another 10-15 min. while they figured it out.
