"Absolutely the Best stay at the Avenue Hotel. Very courteous, attentive, friendly and caring staff. Hotel and the suite we stayed at was spotless and well maintained! The wine and cheese hour, cookies in the evening and a great breakfast selection were all included with our stay and were a pleasant experience! Our new go to place to stay in Rehoboth! "

"Million dollar view from our king-sized bed!!! So nice to watch the sun rise w a nice cup of coffee. Our oceanfront room was v v clean, bed comfy and Dock, at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful. Easy access to beach and restaurants. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage. The location was perfect - just steps away from the beach, bay, shops, and restaurants. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated that the cottage was dog friendly, our dog had the best time ever exploring on the beach. We would highly reccommend this property to anyone and hope to be back soon. "

"The staff was welcoming and extremely friendly, always smiling! The room was beautiful and the ocean view was amazing! I would recommend ear plugs for sleeping as the walls are a little thin. They provide a sound machine which helps ."
