Spacious Ellicottville 5-bedroom 4-bath chalet with WiFi, AC

  • Escape to this phenomenal 5-bedroom chalet just outside Ellicottville, NY. With two primary suites and a cavernous interior, you will never feel crowded in this rustic industrial timber built home even with a large group. The five bedrooms and four baths and three levels offer excellent privacy and many opportunities to have fun. Amenities include a foosball table, Playstation 4, 77" OLED TV, a beautiful darts alley, and many more.

    The balcony offers a very large outdoor grill, eating area, hammock, seating, and unbelievable views of the allegheny mountains. With a west facing view, the sunsets are incredible! And the country skies provides many opportunities for star gazing while cooking s'mores over the solo stove fire pit.

    The home is extermely comfortable with modern air conditioning and heat, and a propane fireplace.

    The location is wonderful - only 9 minutes from the beautiful village of Ellicotville, which offers great skiing at Holiday Valley and Holimont, and many great restaurants. It is also only 1 mile from snowmobile trails.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bag all garbage and place in totes outside by the stairs. Bring totes to the end of the driveway (near the Lot 18 sign). Do not leave any garbage outside the totes.
-Please clean the grill if you used it by scraping it thoroughly with the wire brush. -Please leave the used beds unmade. -Please clean up after yourself both inside and outside.
Gather used towels and leave in the laundry basket located in the hallway laundry closet
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had the best weekend ever at this beautiful, cozy home! This house was very clean and well kept and had everything we could have possibly needed. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We are already talking about coming back next year! Would absolutely stay here again!
