"The staff were robotic at the best. No smile no welcoming no farewell. Absolutely NO enquiry. Poor communication about the usage of the security cards. It was unnecessarily combobulated."

"Not the best experience overall, but I will commend the cleanliness of the rooms and amenities. The downfall came with my experience and lack of direction with underground parking. No signage and a very unappealing unwelcome pathway from the basement to reception. A true hazard that could easily be kept clear and clean as to avoid any injuries. Poolside restaraunt and bar was nice, but had lack of towels available when I arrived. Staff were friendly and had moved me into a new room on request due to aircon unit not cooling enough for me. New room was great and then my experience improved. I understand the hotel is undergoing maintenance and refurbishments, but could do much better to improve."

"Clean and efficient and really comfortable. The pool is gorgeous. The staff are just lovely. Management is getting it right here. And don't get me started on the food! Your chef is a genius. Highly recommended."

"The location is fantastic. Watching sunset on Esplanade, and being able to sit in front of your room in lush green local flora, sipping coffee. BAGANA at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. So were other staff. Thank you for a memorable 3 day stay."

"Stayed in a 1 bedroom studio apartment at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Zen Quarter Darwin for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and the room itself was clean and comfortable. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because the apartment included laundry facilities, so it was disappointing that the washing machine in my room was already damaged prior to my stay and had not been replaced before check-in. Reception did kindly offer to do my laundry, which I appreciated, but I didn’t end up using the service as there were only 2 lifts servicing the entire building, making trips up and down during peak times quite frustrating due to the long waits and also because of my tight schedule and reception is not 24/7. On a positive note, the rooftop bar was lovely with a great atmosphere. Overall, a decent stay with a few inconveniences."
