Unique, Modern and Lovely Space!
My husband and I stayed at the rental for 4 nights. It is a basement unit but we heard very little noise from the people in the above unit. The property was as per the listing and pictures. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a lot to do in the area.

Dog Friendly Cottages w/ easy access to Newport, beaches, trails and vineyards
We had a wonderful stay! The sweet home was so clean and a perfect location to shop, walk the Cliffs or even enjoy a wine or beer tasting just up the block!
