We were only there 1 night. everything was great. The staff was extremely helpful. The only down side is they do not have a coffee machine in the room.

I assume the pillow cases were clean, but they were not folded. Allergies had me stuffed up so I couldn't do the smell check. They looked clean though. The rest of the place was clean and tidy.
