"Amazing staff and amenities"

"Clean room, but super Rude staff omg!!! One of the very first.. asked an Iron and requested to set up the iron board.. the staff literally banged iron on my clothes and set it to full heat .. denied when we requested ice for a hurt that was caused by improper set up of the iron borad which fell on my feet… just was waiting to get out of the hotel and the staffs rude looks.it was a gals trip hence was even scared to complain."

"Good reasonably priced hotel on beach with good pool and sunbeds. Had to move from tropical villa with outside bathroom due to the amount of mosquitoes. Hotel room with view of pool was very clean and nice ....just location of room meant there were very foul smells of sewerage which other parts of the hotel didnt suffer from. The concierge staff were amazing as were reception staff. More staff needed in Amazon cafe as waited for over half an hour in queue before giving up. Was lovely to see the monkeys, lizards and butterflies around the resort. "

"The massage I got at the spa was fantastic and very reasonably. I was told to sure to lock the patio door so monkeys didn't get into the room and was glad I was told that as one afternoon I was visited by about 5 monkeys playing on the balcony! It was awesome!"

"This hotel is magical. It’s small and spectacular, with the nicest staff and everyone was so welcoming. We loved our stay so much and I would highly recommend. The room was gorgeous, pool was amazing. Location is perfect- peaceful and beautiful. We loved the cliffs. We watched bats leave the caves at desk and rock climbers. The food was delicious. Lots of little extra touches in the room. I would 1000% go back."
